Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations & Charges

  • We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all orders.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Method

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment option.
  • Online payment options will be available in the future.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).
  • You may also contact our support team for shipment updates.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Whiteclouds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
